How do I pay?
You do not need to go through the hassle of becoming a member of Rock My Socks to purchase our mens socks (this saves you a lot of time and annoyance!).  Just check out as a guest, it’s easy.

What are my payment options?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and PayPal.

How long will it take to process my order?
Your order will be processed within 1 business day. After your order has been placed you will receive a confirmation email that includes the details of your purchase and all costs.

How much is shipping and what are expected delivery times? 
Rock My Socks offers free standard delivery on all sock orders within Australia via Australia Post (this usually takes 2-5 business days).
We also ship our socks worldwide!  International shipping is charged at $15 (please allow 5 to 10 business days).
Our mens socks are shipped from our Warehouse in Sydney, Australia.

Can I return or exchange my socks? 
Customers may return any unused items within 30 days of purchase. Please contact us at info@rockmysocks.com and we will advise the process.  Goods must be returned unused, with labels attached and in original packaging.  The customer must pay for return shipping costs, unless goods are faulty or not as ordered.  Rock My Socks will credit your original method of payment and currency. 

What is the sock quality?
We use highly durable combed cotton, which is a stronger softer fabric designed to last longer and feel more comfortable on your feet. Ours socks are made from a blend of 80% combed cotton 20% nylon.
Rock My Socks are vigorously tested to ensure the best quality products are delivered to our valued customers.  Of course they won’t last forever, but please follow the washing and care instructions to ensure you can rock your socks for as long as possible.
 
What size are Rock My Socks?
Our men’s socks have been designed as ‘one size fits all’ however specific size is:
EUR: 41-46
UK: 7 ½ - 11 ½
US: 8 - 12
 
How do I wash my socks?
Rock My Socks are best cared for machine-washed at 40´C inside out to protect their colour.  Hang out flat to dry.  For longer lasting socks please avoid bleaching, tumble-drying, ironing and dry-cleaning.
